Marc founded Conductor to tackle the hardest market segment in solar financing: commercial and community solar. His experience with hundreds of these deals helped him identify the most important opportunities for a software company to reduce soft costs and actually get more projects funded and built. With a broader background raising $1.5 billion for clean energy projects, Marc brings to bear his deep expertise in project finance in setting Conductor’s strategy and vision for the solar industry.

Chief Operating Officer

Aaron brings to the Conductor team extensive experience scaling software companies, particularly in the clean energy industry. As an early employee and VP at EnergySage (acquired by Schneider Electric), Aaron built and managed the national network of solar installers and EPCs for the industry’s leading online marketplace. His experiences as an investor in commercial solar projects and as an advisor to cleantech entrepreneurs led him to Conductor and this opportunity to accelerate solar energy’s middle market.

Vice President, Business Development

James is a solar finance expert with over a decade of experience advising developers and EPCs as they navigate the complex world of C&I project financing. He brings to Conductor a wealth of knowledge that few people in this industry have. Most recently, with Painted Rock Capital, James served as in-house commercial financing advisor to dozens of solar contractors. And his experience prior to solar includes analogous infrastructure project finance in telecom and commercial real estate.

Vice President, Product

Dave is a seasoned product manager with delivery experience across multiple Fortune 500 firms. With more than a dozen years of experience managing projects and implementing new platforms, he has been responsible for leading the development of new systems from the ground up and analyzing and improving mature processes. At Conductor, Dave is responsible for the product roadmap, leading the engineering and UX/UI teams in building new software solutions, and serving as the primary point of contact for customer feedback.

Lead Engineer

Jerry is a full stack web developer with a decade of experience as a senior software engineer and cloud engineering consultant. His responsibilities at Conductor encompass the entire software platform including the user interface, data architecture, back end infrastructure, business analytics, APIs, automated testing, and deployments.

Cassie is a software engineer focused on front-end development. Her work in JavaScript powers Conductor’s user interface - the part of the Conductor Marketplace that solar developers and investors see. Having taught herself software engineering through project work and boot camps, Cassie joined Conductor in her first full-time role in web development.

Co-Founder and Chair of the Board

Geoff’s experience with commercial solar projects as an EPC led him to believe that there must be a better way to do project financing. He co-founded Conductor to create a software platform that connects infrastructure investors with clean energy projects and uses technology to reduce transaction expenses. In addition to serving as Conductor’s Chair of the Board, Geoff is a co-founder of Third Sun Solar (acquired by Kokosing), a NABCEP board member, and a 25-year solar industry veteran.

Widely recognized as a climate tech thought leader and mentor, Vikram brings to Conductor over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and business leader in start-ups, private equity, and growth strategy. As the CEO and Founder of EnergySage, he successfully built and scaled the leading online marketplace in the U.S. for all things electrification. EnergySage was acquired by Schneider Electric in 2021. Vikram joined the Conductor Board in 2024, bringing his passion for clean energy and his experience transforming an industry through trusted resources, objective advice, and a marketplace software platform.
